Why Choose Us?

You may not know that the building inspection industry in Western Australia is unregulated. Inspectors are able to carry out building inspections without the qualification of a registered builder and with minimal building experience.

Purchasing a property is one of the biggest life investments you will make. We understand how critical it is to know the actual condition of a prospective property. And we are conscious of the importance of receiving reliable, trustworthy advice to give you the confidence moving forward with your property purchase.

Our inspections are carried out by a local registered builder with more than 27 years experience as a qualified carpenter, with a high-level knowledge of structural requirements. All inspections are carried out in accordance with the Australian Building Standards - AS4349.3.

You can rely on Expand Constructions to meticulously inspect the property and provide high quality, professional advice on the current condition of the property in an easy to read and understand report.

We are able to discuss any areas of the report, if needed, or are able to liaise on your behalf with agents, etc to assist in a hassle-free property purchase.

We can respond to tight time frames.

Our trusted service will provide you with confidence and peace of mind.
